We at Beauty Discounters are very “HAPPY” to announce that we will be carrying a new up and coming product line called Happy Beauty. Happy Beauty has 16 new products in the making and will be releasing them one at a time every couple of months. Right now they offer a hairspray that is flat out incredible! It is a firm holding formula that has been compared to Kenra #25 by some people, except that the Happy Beauty hairspray has a better smell. We will keep updating as new products are being released.
